The following describes the normal repair process. Obviously each repair is unique and may differ from what is outlined below but hopefully this chart will help understand what to expect.
Make First Contact with us!
There are a number of ways you can do this as follows:
Describe your issue and/or requirement to our technician ensuring you have your device's Make and Model to hand. If you don't know what is wrong, just tell us what you do know and we will help.
After dropping off your equipment diagnosis starts almost straight away. If it is a repair or upgrade that doesn't require the ordering of parts then the work will normally be completed the same day or within 1 working day.
Wherever possible we will advise the expected cost and timescale along with the predicted outcome. We also like to offer options wherever possible. In most cases, for repairs, we need to see the item for diagnosis so arranging to drop off your device is next.
If non-stock parts are required then we will confirm a quote and ask for payment in advance. Approximate delivery time will be advised but 2-3 working days is normal. Upon receiving the required component(s) work begins within 24 hours if not immediately.
We will contact you during the repair process or whilst waiting for parts with any updates or if we need input from you.
The moment your repair or upgrade is complete we will contact you by your preferred method and at that point collection can be arranged. If any outstanding payment is needed then please bring cash or a card with you or make payment by bank transfer or using our online card payment form prior to collection. Any new passwords or other necessary information will be explained to you when you pickup your equipment.
Any questions you have or issues after you get your equipment home or back to work will be dealt with swiftly, just get in touch.
