- Price are based on a VHS cassette of no longer than 6 hours
- Supplied VHS cassettes must be in working condition
- Please remember that VHS cassettes are much lower quality than modern video storage so results will reflect that
- Conversion lead times range from 1-5 working days in most cases
- We hope to offer conversion from other tape based media such as mini DV tapes soon
- DVDs are supplied with plastic cases
- For multiple copies of the same cassette you pay the conversion charge once and then multiples of the media it is supplied on
- USB stick memory/DVD capacity and brand can vary. We always use well known, reputable brands of DVD discs and USB storage
- VHS contents must belong to you or your must have permission of the copyright owner in writing
